Dr. Sabih Iqbal is the founder of TruMediq Mental Health, with experience caring for children, adolescents, and adults in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings.
He completed his Adult Psychiatry residency at Larkin Community Hospital and his Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, both in Miami, Florida. His training informs his understanding of mental health across different stages of life.
Dr. Iqbal evaluates and treats ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other psychiatric conditions. He considers each patient’s medical history, family relationships, school or work demands, and previous treatment experiences when developing a plan for care.
He works collaboratively with patients to explain treatment options, monitor progress, and adjust care over time. For children and adolescents, he involves parents or caregivers as appropriate while giving young patients space to share their own concerns.
